What do the individual symbols in the planning calendar mean?

  • In the planning calendar there are the following 4 symbols

  • Thereby mean:
    • gray symbols = there is no conflict
    • red symbols = there is a conflict

  • The following conflicts may occur:

Curricular conflict – example: there is a scheduling conflict of the same group of students.

Conflict for rooms – example: a room was booked twice

Conflict among students – example: there are two courses at the same time for the students

Conflict among instructors – example: one instructor was assigned to two appointments at the same time
