1. step: Log in to https://online.fh-joanneum.at/ with FH username and FH password.

2. step: Click on the „Course Evaluation“ tile:

3. step: To create evaluations, you must be in the “Course evaluation” tab. Only heads of degree programs and heads of programs also see the “Evaluation results” tab.

4. step: In the „Organization“ selection field, select the program for which you want to create an evaluation.

Generally, the degree programs for which you are authorized to create course evaluations are listed here. When making your selection, make sure to select the corresponding semester (summer or winter semester) and year.

5.step: After selecting the degree program/course and the respective semester, you will see the courses for which it is possible to create an evaluation.

The following options must be selected for each course evaluation: 

Tip: We recommend using the calendar icon with the following details:

6. step: Select the date of the survey start; set the start time to 00:00

7. step: Select the date of the survey end; set the end time to 23:59.

8. step: Once all options are made, click „Save”.

You can make changes to the options shown up to the generation date. Do not forget to save your changes.

You have the option of deleting the survey up to the generation date by clicking on the red arrow “Reset”.

You will get the following warning, which you confirm with „Reset“.

You can still make changes to the listet options up to generation date. Afterwards, click SAVE again.
