Program manager can see all course evaluation results as well as lecturers’ comments and they can download the reports.

1.step: Log in to https://online.fh-joanneum.at/ with FH username und FH password.

2. step: Click on the „Course Evaluation“ tile:

3. step: Switch to the “Evaluation results” tab. Select the desired study program and the relevant semester.

4.step: You will see the results of completed evaluations as a downloadable pdf document

5. step: As soon as course evaluation results are available, lecturers have a period of 28 days to submit a comment. You can also see the end date for this comment in the overview that contains the evaluation result.

6. step: In any case, check whether lecturers have already blocked access to the results. If the results view has been blocked, the overview looks as follows:

At no time should the results view be available by clicking the arrow button. If this is the case, please inform evaluierung@fh-joanneum.at

Note: The results of the evaluation cannot be viewed by students. The results can be viewed and downloaded by the teacher and the head of degree program.
